When will I receive my order ?

  • Please allow up to 7-12 business days business days for your bundles to be processed and delivered.

 

If I want an install by @laidbylaay should I order online? 

  • No! If you would like an install w/ hair provided from @laidbylaay please do not purchase hair from this website. The website is simply for customers who would like to purchase the hair separately.

 

 


    What's the difference between The Virgin Collection & The Raw Collection?:

    • In the hair selling industry you have different hair types such as raw hair extensions and virgin hair extensions. If you are trying to figure out which hair type is best for you are in the right place. Based on the logistics, Virgin hair is hair that has not been color treated or chemically treated; in the new age of the hair selling industry virgin hair is manipulated to form certain curl patterns for consumers. Raw hair is sourced from one donor and has no chemical processes; I consider it as the sterling hair bundles of the industry. Because raw hair is so “pure” it behaves exactly like unprocessed hair which can be high maintenance for some people. Safe to say that virgin hair is low maintenance and raw hair is high maintenance. When it comes to LBL extensions, Virgin hair is better if you would solely like to wear the hair in its original state; you can still straighten the hair but the results will differ. Raw hair is great versatility because you can wear the hair curly and also straightened or blown out!


    Can I color these bundles?

    • Yes! All the bundles from our collection come in a natural brown color which is considered a #2 - #3 colors. Yes you can color the hair with single processing and double processing. As for the curl pattern it is normal that the curl pattern loosen during any color processes. I recommend getting the hair colored by a professional if you plan on doing a double process color.

     

    Do you sell your vendor?

    • We are currently not selling any of our vendors information thank you!

     

    If I put the wrong shipping information in what can I do?

    • You will have to wait for your tracking information to be sent out to get in contact with the shipping carrier and alter your shipping address. LBL Extensions are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please cautiously apply the correct shipping address.

    How long will LBL extensions last me?

    • Our bundles can last you several years once it’s  treated with proper care.

    How do I wash LBL extensions and when should I?

    • You should shampoo the hair with a moisturizing shampoo that has hydrating factors. It is advised you condition the hair with a deep conditioner that aids with restoring the hydration and softness within the hair. We recommended washing the hair after a month of installment; However, that also is based on your own lifestyle and what works for you.

    Can I go in the pool and or salt water setting with LBL extensions?

    • You definitely can; However please wash and detangle the hair immediately after you are out of the water and go in with intensive care for the hair. Letting the water sit on your hair can result in shedding and tangling.

    Can i cancel my order?


    • Once you submit your order, it is processed immediately as it is received.  We are unable to accommodate cancellations or edits once an order has been placed. If you entered the incorrect shipping address please contact the shipping carrier directly to have your package rerouted or held for pickup. You will be able to contact the shipping carrier once you receive your tracking information. We cannot be held liable for providing return labels, or refunds for shipping costs.
