Return Policy:

LBL extensions do not accept returns or exchanges. All sale are final and cannot be adjusted after purchase. We cannot be held liable for any lost, damage, and or stolen items. By purchasing products for LBL extensions you are agreeing to these terms.

Cancellation Policy:

Once you submit your order, it is processed immediately as it is received. We are dedicated to making sure our customers get their items with fast shipping times, because of this we cannot give accommodation to cancellations or edits once an order has been placed.  We understand mistake happen, so if you happen to insert the incorrect shipping address please contact the shipping carrier directly to have your package rerouted or held for pickup. Once the tracking number is created you will be able to contact the shipping carrier in regards to your order. We cannot be held liable for providing return labels, or refunds for shipping costs.

Shipping:

Please allow up to 7-12 business days business days for your bundles to be processed and delivered. Some items may need extra processing time.

International Shipping: For international please allow up to two weeks for order to be fulfilled.

International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery. LBL extensions  ship are DDU; this means the prices of the goods you purchase from our website does not include any duties, taxes, and customs charges. 

We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for any charges and rates on importing human hair extensions.
